Google launches the Chromebook

Google Has Officially Announced the Launch of Browser Based "Chrome Book" And Unveiled The Samsung And Acer Chrome Books At the Second Day of Google I/O 2011 Throwing Up a Direct War Against Software Gaints Windows And Apple.

There Have been A Buzzing and High anticipations on the Release Of Google's machine From over A Year.Finally after So much Of Wait Google came up With a Promising "Chrome Book".

These will optimize the computing experience for the web, taking advantage of Google’s Android operating system, the Google Chrome browser, gmail, Google documents, Google maps, and the many other great web-centric products.With This Launch Google Has Proved Its Presence in usage Of Cloud .
 These Chrome Books Would be Available In the Market US and six other European countries from June 15. Google Also Provides Chromebooks On Monthly Subscription Basis For corporates and educational institutes. Monthly subscriptions with all in one service start at $28 per user for businesses and $20 per user for educational institutions.
These Chrome Books are Not just Ordinary Notebooks It Can Let You To Access Your Mails Within Just Seconds Without booting And Browser To Start.
The Main Difference Between Traditional Notebooks And Chrome Book ,Is It Do not Have An operating System.Everything Runs From Cloud.Ie It Boots After Browser After Logging In using a Google Account and Every application Is Run Using Browser.All You Need A High Speed Internet Connection.Every Application Would Be Run On Cloud.Unlike Notebooks Chromebooks do not have any inbuilt memory. They rely totally on the web for storage.

The Samsung Chromebook features a 12.1" screen, a dual-core Intel processor, HD webcam and sports a battery life of 8.5 hours of continuous usage. It can be connected to the Internet using Wi-Fi and 3G.  The Acer Chromebook sports an 11.6" screen, an Intel Atom dual-core processor, HD webcam and 6 hours of battery life.
