Here is an interesting tip,a tool infact to change the partition drive or disk space in Windows vista and also works on windows 7.
Disk management is a tool which does this work.Disk management tool can resize the partition drives without any loss of data.with this you can adjust them.
Unlike Windows xp you want have to require the assiastance of Third party Disk managers like Acronics.
This Tutorial describes how to resize them just follow them:
1.Goto start ,click Mycomputer and right click on that and select Manage.
2.Now in the manage window, expand Storage option by clicking on that ,select Disk management to use the wizard.
3.It will display all the available drives on your computer and size
4.select the one which you want to resize, Right click on  that to change size--either Expand (to increase the size) or Shrink (to reduce the size).
5.Enter amount of size to shrink or exapand (in mb,for ex for 2 gb type 2048).
6.then hit expand or shrink button .(this will allocate the space from unpartitoned one)

This tool can also completely delete the drive.
If you are using windows Xp then you must need a third party tool,Download Acronics Disk Director to do this.
Download Acronics
