Microsoft has recently posted video of Microsoft Office 2011 on YouTube which shows the new look of  Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook .Microsoft completely redesigned the microsoft office 2008 may 13.
Microsoft office for mac is currently in beta stages .
It was based on mac ribbon interface.
